Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Branda.social collects, uses and protects personal information when you use the service. Branda.social is the service provider and acts as data controller for account and billing data. For customer data that you upload, you remain the controller and we act as a service provider/processor. The Branda.social site is operated by D.M.C. (the “Site Operator”). Use of the site, browsing, or purchasing a subscription through the site (the “User”) constitutes consent to this Privacy Policy. By submitting details on the site, the User represents that the Site Operator may use the information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, that the information is provided voluntarily, and that the User is aware there is no legal duty to provide it unless expressly stated. Content in this policy refers to all genders equally.
Information we collect
We may collect: account data (name, email address, phone number, login and profile details); statistical data from your business social pages (such as follower counts, interactions with posts, and messages and comments from visitors to the business page and to posts distributed through it); usage and technical data collected automatically via tools such as Google Analytics (such as device identifiers, IP address, browser and device type, activity logs, use of the service, cookies and similar identifiers); and payment data (billing details and transactions processed by third-party payment providers, including ID number and card details that subscribers provide voluntarily through a secure payment form).
Cookies and similar technologies
The site uses cookies and similar technologies such as Google Analytics for ongoing proper operation and to collect statistical data about use of the site. Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, smartphone) while browsing; they help identify users, save preferences, authenticate, improve browsing experience, and track behaviour for marketing. You can manage cookies in your browser settings, including blocking them; note that doing so may affect site functionality. Refer to your browser’s help documentation.
How we use information
We use information to provide, operate and improve the service and to support customers; to manage subscriptions, billing and security; to comply with legal obligations and enforce the Terms of Service; to contact you; to send marketing and updates from the Site Operator and/or anyone on its behalf where you have agreed; where required for routine operation (such as credit-card company requirements, or software/computing/cloud/marketing/mailing/payment providers or any other party providing services to the Site Operator); to verify and improve experience of the service and browsing; for statistical and analytic purposes including anonymous analysis of user traffic; to measure advertising campaign effectiveness; and for any other purpose required for internal or routine management of the Site Operator.
Legal bases
We process personal data based on your explicit consent when registering for a trial and/or as a subscriber for the performance of a contract; to meet legal requirements and reporting to authorities where required; and on legitimate interests such as security, responding to enquiries, improving services, and fraud prevention.
Sharing and disclosure
We may share information where needed for routine operation of the Site Operator (such as credit-card company requirements, or software/computing/cloud/marketing/mailing/payment providers or any other entity providing services to the Site Operator, including hosting, analytics and payments), acting under appropriate safeguards. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, regulator, or legal proceedings (including claims or disputes between the User and the Site Operator). We may disclose where we suspect conduct (including unlawful conduct) that may cause harm (including economic harm) to the Site Operator or anyone on its behalf. Technical data may be shared in anonymised form by technology service providers such as Google in line with their policies. In the cases described, use of the site constitutes a waiver of any claim or demand against the Site Operator or anyone on its behalf to the extent set out in our governing terms.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of an account or data, subject to legal and contractual requirements.
Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards to reduce the risk of unauthorised access. No method is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet or stored in any electronic system, and the Site Operator does not warrant that services are fully immune from unauthorised access to stored information. If you have concerns about specific information, avoid transmitting it over the internet. The Site Operator is not liable for unauthorised access by others or for acts or omissions beyond its control, and the User waives any related claim against the Site Operator or anyone on its behalf, including in respect of intrusion into its systems and the site.
International transfers
Information may be stored or processed in Israel or in other countries where our service providers operate. When transferring information we apply reasonable safeguards as required by law.
Your rights under Israeli privacy law
You may have the right to access information the Site Operator holds about you (where held); to correct inaccurate information; to request erasure (subject to legal and contractual limits); to restrict or object to processing of your personal data; and to withdraw consent previously given (where applicable). To exercise these rights, contact us at info@mysollo.co.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update or change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will publish updates and change the “Last updated” date. Changes take effect on the date of the latest update; continued use or browsing after the changes constitutes the User’s acceptance of the amended policy.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute relating to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv–Jaffa. For questions about this Privacy Policy, contact us at info@mysollo.co.
