The service
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Branda.social platform and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. Branda.social provides a cloud-based platform to manage social pages, including analytics, content creation and management for social networks. We may update, change or discontinue features from time to time and will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
Subscription, payments and billing
Some features require a paid subscription. Prices and billing terms are shown at purchase. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. You authorise us to charge applicable amounts and relevant taxes.
Permitted use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by disrupting its operation, attempting unauthorised access, or using it for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for data you enter into the Service and must ensure you have all rights required to use that data.
Intellectual property
The Service, including software, design and content, is owned by Branda.social or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes.
Privacy and data
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and process personal data. By using the Service you agree to those practices. You remain the controller of your customer data; we act as a service provider/processor in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete or anonymise data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that the Service will meet all your requirements.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Branda.social is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amounts you paid to Branda.social in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will publish the updated version and update the “Last updated” date.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv–Jaffa.
